Who we are

Who is Seedbed Consulting?

Seedbed Consulting Ltd was set up to provide help and support to individuals and organisations looking for expertise, ideas and creative solutions related to adult learning, as well as those who simply  need some additional help at busy times.  We are based in south London, but available to deliver contracts across the country and throughout Europe.

We provide training, evaluation and consultancy for anyone who supports adults with their learning, whether in the classroom, the workplace, online or in custody.

See What We Do for more information and examples of the type of support we can provide.

Whether you need a one-off project developed or delivered, support for your existing managers, staff or volunteers,  high quality training workshop materials or help with creative approaches to your work, Seedbed Consulting can help.

Seedbed’s Director is Amanda Pavon-Lopez

Amanda has worked with young people and adults in community and lifelong learning since 1996, and has run her own consultancy since 2004. In addition to teaching qualifications, she also has a Master’s Degree in Educational & Social Research.

Prior to setting up Seedbed Consulting Ltd, Amanda worked as a teacher in FE, adult learning and private language schools; as a senior projects manager at Woolwich College; as Assistant Head of Service for Croydon Adult Learning Service; and as Adult Learning and Employer Engagement Manager for London South Learning & Skills Council.  She has also worked in marketing for BP Oil, and for a range of employers and private training providers in the UK and Spain.
